Does anyone know if it is still possible to obtain BOI unlocking keys for a customer on MAS 200 4.2 but not current on maintenance? They were entitled to them back in 2007/8 and didn't need them. Need them now.

Yes they are.

I guess I am not looking in the correct place then. I have looked at customers with expired maintenance and some with current maintenance and I can't identify anything that looks to be BOI keys.

I just checked a dozen current client care customers and none show it. I wonder if you had to previously request the BOI key for it to be listed.

I thought u had to pay for it back then. Like $250.

I believe you did have to pay for it originally, but then they started handing it out NC. But I believe Gene hit the nail on the head, you had to request the key. Why they didn't just issue them, well let's not even bother going there............

YMMV as to whether Sage will pull these for an out-of-plan customer. My betting would be no -- at least on the first attempt.
