    Does anyone know if it is possible to somehow include a logo/signature when forms are electronically delivered? Electronic Delivery Message Maintenance appears to be text only but the client would really like to have invoices emailed with a logo and signature. IT tells me that since Sage doesn't actually use an Outlook client, they have no way to force it on their end. Has anyone found a way to include a logo?

    You might look at Sage Billing and Payment. As long as you don't need any custom fields on the forms (which are sent HTML, not PDF), it does a fairly decent job and customers can pay directly from the email. The service costs $30/month. DSD has a similar solution.     We've used Sage Alerts and Workflows in the past to do this instead of paperless email delivery. We were able to use the information from the paperless address tables so that client maintained the data in the usual way.

    Thanks for all the options! I'm glad to know this is possible...For Sage Billing and Payment, do we have any level of confidence that the program will be continued? After the Sage Mobile abandonment, I have mixed feelings about these ancillary programs. @JeffSchwenk - was it difficult to use the paperless address tables? I like the idea of the client not having to change their process.

    Difficult?? All depends on how well you know Access I guess. We do all of our Sage Alerts via Access Pass Through and Select Queries and Crystal reports (sending PDF attachments). Once you have mastered that, it is WAY easier than using the KnowledgeSync Linking Functions. Way easier.

    Is there still not a way to incorporate a logo into the Paperless 'Electronic Delivery Message'? I thought maybe some html code could possibly be used.
