SUCCESS! I finally figured out how to display the notes! Here are the steps:
- Go into Account Management --> My Company
- When it says ""Loading"" in the middle of the page, click on ""My Company""' again to get the tabs display to load
- Click on the Support tab and wait for the page to display
- Click on the blue box next to the case you want to get notes for and wait for it to turn orange to indicate its selected
- Click on the little box above the list to the left for ""form view""
- Highlight and copy the description of the ticket
- Go to the Support tab at the top of the page
- When it shows ""Loading"" in the middle of the page, click on ""Support Tickets"" underneath that bar
- In the Description field, paste the description previously copied
- Click GO
- When the case comes up, click on Go To --> Details
- Under the ""General Data"" tab, under the Notes section, drop down the ""text type"" field to ""Notes Log""
