    Does anyone know how to view notes on cases online? I called on a case today and asked the support person how to see the case notes on the new portal and she had no clue. Right now I click into ""My company"" then click the ""Support"" tab, then click to the case I want more information on, then click ""form view"" and can see the subject line (which isn't even on the prior page), but I cannot see where to find any notes!

    I haven't found a way either and the support person who entered them could answer how we view them either.

    No wonder they don't show you client support cases. anymore.... They can't :(

    I clicked on the ""Text Type"" dropbox and selected ""Notes Log *"" either on the General Data tab or the Notes & Attachments tab.

    Okay, I am looking and I cannot see a ""text type"" drop box to click on. Can you attach a screenshot as to where you are seeing this?

    I wasn't clicking under ""Support""; I was clicking under ""Account Management"" then on ""My Company"" then the ""Support tab"".

    If I go under the ""Support"" tab, then click ""Go"", the little spinner icon comes up and spins and spins but nothing comes up. #ihateatlas

    I've noticed I have to enter some search criteria for it not to take forever to return a result. The same thing happens to me if I just hit ""Go"".

    No matter what I do I cannot get anything to pull up on that screen. Is this screen just for customer cases or cases you call in yourself for?

    Cases that we call in on. It seems that entering the case # is the fasted way to get a search result. Sometimes Atlas will crash though. It does seem to save the last search result when I go back into it though (if it completed it).

    Right now I'm in the Atlas spinning mode - awaiting it to search for a customer name. Seems that during the day it gets especially bogged down. Sage sure got taken for a ride on this project...

    Have you ever forgotten what you logged in for in the first place? You watch the spinning wheel; click again, watch the spinning wheel; check email; return to Atlas and... ""Now what was i going to do here??

    Okay, I also went into ""My Customers"" instead of ""My Company"" and found the case there too under the customer. But when I drill down on it, I don't see the ""text type"" there either and cannot view any notes.

    SUCCESS! I finally figured out how to display the notes! Here are the steps: - Go into Account Management --> My Company - When it says ""Loading"" in the middle of the page, click on ""My Company""' again to get the tabs display to load - Click on the Support tab and wait for the page to display - Click on the blue box next to the case you want to get notes for and wait for it to turn orange to indicate its selected - Click on the little box above the list to the left for ""form view"" - Highlight and copy the description of the ticket - Go to the Support tab at the top of the page - When it shows ""Loading"" in the middle of the page, click on ""Support Tickets"" underneath that bar - In the Description field, paste the description previously copied - Click GO - When the case comes up, click on Go To --> Details - Under the ""General Data"" tab, under the Notes section, drop down the ""text type"" field to ""Notes Log"" This is the 12 step program to finding notes on support cases -- guaranteed to make you want a drink after going through this hassle!
