Does anyone know how to get a footer to print at the bottom of each page of an invoice and not just at the last page? Crystal 11.5? Thank you!

@KathyPurkiss not sure if I'm missing something but all you need to do is add a new page footer section, by default it will have no conditional suppression code. That new page footer will print on every page. Report footers print only once after everything else is printed. Page footers print on every page.

Thank you, I tried that and it isn't working. I'm going to set up a new form code as this one may be corrupt, I think that was my problem last night as well. I think in all of the time I've wasted trying to save a form, I could have set up two new ones! Thanks again!

is there any conditional suppression? What's in the report section? Is it set to suppress if blank? Is it set to overwrite the following section? If you upload it, i'll take a quick look at it for you.

Would love to know if you find out how. have tried to print ShadowText on the bottom of each page with no success either. There has to be suppression logic somewhere, but I have never been able to find it either.

Hmmm, you guys had me wondering, so i went an added a page footer to a standard SO Invoice and it's printing on every page of the invoice. (2 pages in this case.)

Kathy, did you try a new standard version of the invoice form? Or are you working with the previously customized report?
