    I believe so. I just met with them this morning and they are at an older version. (When did Blytheco pick it up??)

    Wasn't aware that Blytheco did. Michael Pruet did some work with them a while back. Perhaps he'll chime in. Unfortunately, he doesn't hang out here much.

    I wasn't either - until I found out they Googled it and found something on Blytheco's sight. The people I met with aren't the original users so they have no idea who it came from. (Company was purchased several years ago.)

    BCS Prosoft is the MD that wrote and supports the app, it has some quirks but they have always been good to work with.

    It does a nice job of manging the rentals, reservations, etc. and has a ton of features (delivery, routing, repairs), many that probably don't get used (as is the case with our client) unless the client is pretty sophisticated. The integration with IM and AR is solid and when we do have issues BCS is very responsive. They recently added integration with Sage CRM but we haven't tried that yet. The biggest issue the client has with ARM is it doesn't work with Avatax. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    I have a client using ARm that I just upgraded to 4.5. There were a few problems but they have all been resolved and the ARM folks were pretty good to work with. The client is happy with the enhancement.

    We have a couple of client's using ARM. Our contact with BCS is Jarret Lozano jarret.lozano@bcsprosoft.com. We haven't had an ARM upgrade in a little while, but I'm assuming Jarret is still there.

    We had one large install of ARM, owner Clark Haley is a pretty good guy. We looked at it for other customers, but it was very weak if your customer needed to track service on the equipment they rented.
