Does anyone have the steps / table(s) needed to be able to use VI to update customer records for Paperless Office electronic delivery of Sales Order form in 2014 SU4. Would I have a 2 pass import possibly first to AR_CusotmerDocuments and then AR_CustomerDocumentsContacts? Thanks in advance. @AlnoorCassim @AlnoorCassim

@BruceKern you're on the right track. I've done it where i import into AR_CustomerDocuments. I happen to set both Use Address in Data Entry and Use Customer Email Address to ""Y"". Then i'm adding a specific email address to the L:ToAdditionalEmailAddress. I'm using this at a customer that's still 2013 SU4.

I did it very similar to Brett except it was a script that set the values. By doing it this way, I concluded that I could import into AR_CustomerDocuments only and avoid AR_CustomerDocumentsContacts

Yeah. Forgot to mention that. Mine was via a script as well.

@BruceKern I just needed this information today and wanted to thank you for posting your findings. They really helped me in a pinch.

I usually add a specific internal company e-mail so that an internal log is created of emails sent. Still hoping for this feature in a future version...

We do the same. We actually use an email address that goes through a separate mail service (gmail, etc) to ensue that mail delivery is working. That way if a customer states they did not receive the document, the issue can be tied to their email address or email service, not the delivery mechanism.
