Sage 100

Does anyone have the materials from the Consulting Academy?? We have someone certified on the Sage 100 side but apparently, we need one on the Sage 300 side (although are they different?). Here's the course outline:

I know @johnshaver! We took this, um(do I want to admit it?).... about a decade ago....

Another shining example of Sage's move to unify everything ? You'd think the academies for consulting would be global across product lines.

It's the same course regardless of product. I'm sure they require one person under each product line to have it. I took it in 2005.

Is the goal to test out of the academy? If I remember correctly, Ed told me that no one has successfully done that.

Yes, it is @JohnShaver as two of us have done the academy in the past. We're going to give it a shot (I mean my Sage 300 guy is going to give it a shot, oops). I'm always up for a challenge. Perhaps we'll be the first??

It's been about 3 years since I went to the academy. I don't how much of the first day (which includes the sales academy) content has changed since Rob Johnson left. BTW, the mullet reference was about Ed!

I have the print manual somewhere. The academy has changed a lot since I went. @PeterWolf went in March. He's given up the mullet and going for the Thomas Jefferson.

I thought Peter went to the marketing academy.

And before long, all of the 90Minds guys will be going for the Uncle Fester (myself included!).

I just read (or heard?) about a study that said women find bald men to be smarter and stronger. There was a reason but I can't recall what it was. They don't care how they look - they're just out providing for their women? Something along those lines...

Or they're pulling their hair out because of their women??? ;)

He went to the Marketing Academy in the fall and the Consulting one in March. I was in the Marketing Academy in March.

@ThereseLogeais - here is the material from the October 2011 acadamy, although it's not the course book, just the slides forms and templates, but may help.

The course is product agnostic - from what I understand, Ed doesn't know a single feature in any specific product.

I've got the 100-watt bulb ready. Just ordered the black robe. At next year's Summit, I'll start wearing at all of Tom Miller's press conferences! For now, I'm keeping the young William Shatner look.
