I would lead with Field Service & Dispatch powered by JobOps, primarily because we are Solution Providers. We have 2 large installations of the FSD software, and one of them is about to implement the Technician Dashboard, which is the integrated mobile application. Many of the service packages show the mobile capability, because it shows well, but you really need to look at the underlying functionality and how it integrates to the Sage 100 system.
Also keep in mind that the full base functionality of JobOps is included with the FSD. This is important when there may be a large installation job that is more appropriately performed with standard work tickets.
