Before You Begin
Before setting up the Customer Relationship Management module, make sure you understand the concepts in Customer Relationship Management FAQs.
The SageCRM and SageCRM for MAS 90 and 200 software must be installed and set up before you can set up the Customer Relationship Management module. For more information, refer to your Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200 Installation and System Administrator's Guide.
You must set up a SageCRM installation with a unique SQL database for each Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200 company you are integrating with SageCRM.
The Accounts Receivable and Sales Order modules must be set up, and the Salesperson Commission Reporting check box must be selected in the Accounts Receivable Options window.
