    Does anyone have PC Charge 5.8.3 or greater running on version 4.05? Customer is forced to upgrade to at least 5.8.3 to be able to add or change a merchant account or to do anything with pc charge. The Integrated Solutions Compatibility shows version 5.8.3 only supported on 4.30.0.18 or greater. Anyone else run into this and if so did you change to another program to process CC? Which one?

    I cannot say with 100% certainty but think I've had customers forced to do the upgrade with PC Charge and it worked. I was pretty nervous but as best I remember it connected.

    Funny, I buy the new version and get sent to support who before the upgrade fixes all the issues and sets up the new account on the old version. I am like... OK I am done. So his reply... What about the upgrade? Thinking... Na no thanks... :)
