Does anyone have KB article 110-503615 - ""How to update tables in Business Framework modules from the ProvideX dictionary in Sage MAS 90/200 ERP."" It is not in the KB, Google, or any our in house libraries. It is referenced in this Sage article: Error: The following conversion record failed while converting (company code here) 05.00.00.00 CI_SageExchange Processing occurs during conversion process. Thanks.

@RhondaMcNamara Don't you have a posting about this on Sage City? Might you have the KB Article 110-503615 that is referenced in your Write Up?

It isn't the conversion error with the : instead of a message, right? I'm not recalling, but I'm asking around. Is there any exchange data? I had an issue once when there was no CC data but it got stuck anyway.

Once we had to blow away CC data to get past a conversion problem.

Have you looked at the conversion log under the company code that failed? We had to call Sage and have them go into the Sage Exchange vault from their end and do something. I take it you saw this. Install Sage Exchange update https://www.sageexchange.com/install/ Click Next button Click Install button Remove records from ..\MAS90\MAS_System\SY_CreditCardRestart.M4T Re-migrate data files and convert data files

Thank you! I'm asking for one of our programmers and I'll forward the information to him.

Our advice is not to wait to long on calling Sage where S.E. conversion errors are concerned.
