Does anyone have experience with removing unused warehouses? Client is using 4.5 MAS 200 and has 20+ warehouses, of which they want to keep 7. There are over 50K records in Item_Warehouse.M4T, so manually removing is not an option. Is there a third party utility?

Just removing it from that file will throw errors - you have to completely purge many of the other tables to not get the error. If on SQL much more doable. You could DFM one of the records and change the itemcode to something else - then go to IM Inquiry and see if error is thrown - Otherwise the IM-1046

Had to do this once - if the job is sizable (more than a couple dozen items with minimal history) then a utility is the way to go. It will be cheaper for the customer in the long run. As Johnny said - you need to get history purged then make sure there are no quantities at all then I think you can delete. It's doable but quite a project.
