General Consultant Discussion

Does anyone have experience with ACS's property management product? I have a client that is very interested in the product but we have not sold or implemented before. Any feedback would be appreciated.

We have a couple clients with it. They are happy with it. It is a very solid product. Green light from me.

green light from here too...I have one customer running for years...no problems...

We have 2 clients on PM2000 and a few more on other ACS products. Very satisfied with product and service.

I'd agree as well, if you're selling to an existing Sage 100 user. When competing against other solutions, which have dashboards, web interfaces and ability for tenants to submit work order requests and pay rent electronically, I feel it's at a disadvantage.
