Does anyone have customers using SAGE Online ??? Any clue if it is still available and the Road Ahead??? With Sage one never knows....

Yes, it is still available. Price list is attached. I believe the sales advisors can prepare the order forms for you.

Sage online is still alive. I just had a customer come off of it and into a private cloud. Money was pretty close between the two. Sent from my cell phone. Please forgive any misspellings.

I have 2 customers using it. Neither has ever complained about 'down time'. 1 customer is in Singapore and I think he loves it as his bookkeeper is in CA. Can be clunky as there are no customizations available. Still haven't figured out how to upgrade the Singapore customer as he is on 4.5. Have mentioned it to a 3rd customer now, not sure yet that it's a good fit for them. I don't recommend it often though.

It is reliable, but it is also limited. No paperless office emailing or faxing of any kind; no third party integrations; etc. It is a very good solution for a vanilla install and up to 4, maybe 5 users. Once you get to that many users the customer can move to a private cloud and have 100 hosted as Cooper pointed out.

We have two companies using it. It works but no custom office, no Sage Intelligence. PITA to change form layouts for standard crystal forms. We are trying to convince one of the clients to migrate to an on-premise subscription with hosting in the cloud so they can do customized financials but still not worry about servers.

We have one client using it and they recently wanted to upgrade. Took numerous calls to various folks at Sage to find someone that could tell me what version was available and 2016 had not even been released yet and they didn't know when it would be released. (This was back in August or September.) It was released about a month later but Sage folks didn't seem to know much about the product. Our client has had any issues other than it's so limited.
