Does anyone have any happy stories of clients using the RMA module? Client on v4.3 (yes...) wants to see if they can streamline the process. My hands on with RMA is limited. Module seems kludgy, client will change their ways only as a last resort.....

Happy .... hmmm. that would be a no. It is a kludgy module! People have all kinds of issues using it.

Really? I always tell prospects it's one of the best modules Sage has released. Of course, that still could be true or I had my sales hat on.

I've had a couple customers use it and they seemed happy with it. I'd say it was mostly light use.

I have 4-5 people using it. I often add UDFs to it, but people seem to be fairly OK with it. Considering that they were all tracking their RMAs in an Excel workbook prior, it at least gives everyone one place to look, and offers some issue tracking (usually that is going to be a custom report, but you can do some nice charting with it).

Isn't it the only module that ""Sage"" released?
