Does anyone have any fixes/ideas for a client running 4.50 on W10 (I have informed them that it is not compatible.) and encountering the MAS has stopped working error when trying to print/export?

is it all forms/reports? or just a specific one? Oddly enough, I just had a client call me today she is on windows 10 running MAS90 version 4.30. She was getting MAS90 HAS STOPPED WORKING when printing or previewing the purchase order form. it seemed that the crystal form was somehow corrupted. I replaced the POWFA1 file with an older backup and it started working again. If the ""stopped working"" message comes up as soon as they try to get to the form printing screen I typically think that is when Sage is trying to locate and display all the available printers, so make sure all of the windows printers are valid and show status of ""ready

I tested on server using my user and it worked fine. now I will see how my user works on a wkstn. I have an eerie feeling it may be permissions related.
