Does anyone have any experience using credit cards with Sage Payment Solutions and a charge with a Canadian Address? The ZIP Codes don't work properly and aren't transferred to the Sage Exchange interface.

Chuck I'm pretty sure I have a customer doing this. What's the issue you are seeing? Errors or does the info just not transfer without any type of warning?

Wayne, my customer encountered a problem trying to run their customer's credit cards. Some of the AR receipts were from Canadian customers and when they tried to use the new Sage Exchange version of Sage Payment Solutions they encountered a problem with Canadian ZIP Codes. SPS requires everything perfect; name, card #, address, CVV, etc. Well, Canadian ZIP Codes are NOT native to Sage 100 so if a new ZIP Code is typed in (ala Canadian), the system goes apoplectic and screams that this is an invalid ZIP Code. The solution turned out to be that this user did NOT have the option of adding new ZIP Codes. When I logged in and tried things, the system politely asked if I would like to ADD the ZIP Code. I solved the problem by creating a role that only allowed adding ZIP Codes and then admonished the user to NEVER add any extraneous or bogus ZIP Codes. Apparently Sage doesn't want any Sage 100 sales above the border. I am truly puzzled with their ""global"" marketing strategy.
