    Does anyone have an idea on what this error is. 2016 v - trying to print out the inv physical var report register and getting this error. The item is not in the physical count and is also discontinued. Of course can't find anything on KB. Thanks !

    Is it a valid item or can you remove it from the CI_Item and applicable tables so the system no longer sees it?

    This seems close, so maybe worth a shot: Error: ""11 CI_TierCostCalc.pvc 804"" Products Sage 100 Description Error 11 CI_TierCostCalc.pvc 804, File: IM_ItemCost, occurs when updating the Physical Count Variance Register. Disclaimer Backup Warning Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage business partner, network administrator, or Sage customer support analyst. Resolution On affected customer data set, run the physical count Variance Register to print or preview. On 4.40.0.8 and above: Resolution 1: In Windows Explorer, browse to the ....\MAS90\Utility folder Copy the IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl file. In Windows Explorer, browse to the....MAS90\IM folder Paste the IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl file. In Sage 100 ERP, on the toolbar click File, Run Type in Syzcon Click Ok Type run ""IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl"" (including quotes) and press ENTER Click Yes to ""Warning: This utility Should not be run while registers have not been updated. Do you want to Proceed?"" Click Ok to the next window. Resolution Sage has been unable to recreate this issue in customer or demo data. If you are having this issue frequently or can provide the steps to duplicate this issue, please open a case so we can troubleshoot further. This may require upload of your MAS90 folder and all contents to Sage secure site. To fix the issue: Identify the item and tier in the IM_ItemCost table that is having an issue. Expand Library Master, Utilities, Data File Displaly and Maintenance Select the IM_ItemCost table in the ........\MAS90\MAS_XXX\IMXXX folder. Edit the field containting the TierType to add the appropriate value.
