Resolution
On affected customer data set, run the physical count Variance Register to print or preview.
On 4.40.0.8 and above:
Resolution 1:
In Windows Explorer, browse to the ....\MAS90\Utility folder
Copy the IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl file.
In Windows Explorer, browse to the....MAS90\IM folder
Paste the IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl file.
In Sage 100 ERP, on the toolbar click File, Run
Type in Syzcon
Click Ok
Type run ""IM_ClearCommitDataEntry_utl"" (including quotes) and press ENTER
Click Yes to ""Warning: This utility Should not be run while registers have not been updated. Do you want to Proceed?""
Click Ok to the next window.
Run the Physical Count Variance Register.(Open Inventory Management, Physical Count, Physical Count Variance Register)
Resolution 2:
In Windows Explorer, browse to the....MAS90\MAS_xxx\IMxxx folder (xxx=Company Code)
Rename the IM_DataEntryCostCalcCommit.M4T file to .old
Manually Reinitialize the ""IM_DataEntryCostCalcCommit.M4T"" file.
Open Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Files.
Review the warning message, and click OK.
Click Manual button.
In the file name field, type IM_DataEntryCostCalcCommit.M4T and press ENTER.
Click Proceed.
On 4.40.0.7 and below:
In Windows Explorer, browse to the....MAS90\MAS_xxx\IMxxx folder (xxx=Company Code)
Rename the ""IM_DataEntryCostCalcCommit.M4T"" file to .old
Manually Reinitialize the ""IM_DataEntryCostCalcCommit.M4T"" file.
Open Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Files.
Review the warning message, and click OK.
