Sage 100

Does anyone have an existing Sage 100 ERP customer who has purchased the Sage Mobile Billing Service and Sales? If so -what has your experience (and customer cost -- product + consulting in round $$). If you have not purchase but have seen or been involved in a demo I would be interested in your feedback. Especially if you were able to find any other referenceable Sage 100 ERP end users who were on the product and provided feedback. Other Sage partners are starting to randomly email end users teasing this new add-on.

I have 2 clients who have purchased the Mobile Sales but neither has fully implemented it yet. The hangup is getting the inventory items setup. Apparently the link is pretty awesome, though (they saw it demoed while Sage was helping them get it setup tech-wise).

Do you know round number costs -- both for the Sage license portion and the rough consulting cost? Thanks. My sense is that this is still a pretty new product and the last two years was shown at Summit but it really was in beta. Did you talk to any other users or di Sage provide any indication of how many Sage 100 ERP user have this installed? I think Sage may have had other ERP products using this (construction?) but the Sage 100 ERP integration is relatively new?

One client paid Sage $500 for the install. I assume there is a monthly fee after that.

Continue to be underwhelmed by Sage's very slow response to request information on this tool. If it's shipping they are not too eager to show it around. Beware.

What I saw at Summit looked like an alpha version of a QuickBooks addon, and every ""what about?"" was answered with ""maybe in a future release"". If the end user's needs aren't really simple they are going to be disappointed.

I am definitely not setting myself to be the primary recommender.
