    Does anyone have a work around for this issue: https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20MAS%2090%20and%20200/Gated%20Customers/Warr_Svc_Support%20Plan/507658.html Paperless Office emails have formatting removed (carriage returns stripped out) after a custom message has been entered in electronic message maintenance. Client is on 4.4.08

    FWIW - the problem turned out to be the client using Windows Live Mail Client (Windows 7 Outlook Express replacement). The emails were formatted correctly when sent to Outlook or Gmail, but were malformed when received in Windows Live Mail Client.
