Does anyone have a solution for if the SO Gross profit report does not save to paperless office and client already posted it, Is there any easy way to retrieve that data? Sage said there is no solution/rare occurrence

Well, you could do a Crystal report pulling from AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader and AR_InvoiceHistoryLines and select by source journal and number. Just my .02.

How often does it not save to paperless? Every time, same workstation, randomly??
