Sage 100

Does anyone have a list or can point me to a link that has the feature and advantages of standard interface? I am converting a company to 100c and have to make a presentation on the standard interface. I am looking for some documentation so I can prepare.

In the ATL videos that I crammed for on Thursday, one of the what's new films (either what's new in 2017 or what's new in 2018) had a comparison of the desktops between 100 and 100c. This might be a start.

The two I show are making the fonts bigger (check this first because it requires specific resolutions) and sorting menus. Also, the favorites seems to be popular even though it requires a complete rebuild from prior my tasks.

Wow, a presentation just on that topic? I'm pretty much with @WayneSchulz. Really I think it just comes down to personal preference, in that there's really not many feature differences. You could probably just show a screen-shot of both side-by-side. The main differences to me are the basic 'look and feel, the new ""Standard"" interface has the Application Scaling, and the ""Classic"" view still has the custom toolbar whereas the ""Standard"" view now has what I consider the not-so-convenient Favorites.

Thanks guys. ""Presentation"" is probably too strong a verb. I need to show the users that a new UI exists, and I was going to show them how to navigate, change font size, and anything else I can think of. Wayne mentioned sorting menus, so I will show that. I know you can also add web url favorites. Also, I believe role security determines what is visible on the menus. (??). I haven't used the standard ui too much so I am going to have to practice a bit today.

Don't sit down at a computer and launch into how great the new sizable fonts are ... without first triple checking that it appears on the menu. I'd say 1/2 the desktops I'm sitting behind do not have the option visible due to an incompatible resolution.
