This problem is a long long term problem. I mentioned it to Sage and that they basically told me to ""eat shit"" when I complained (several times).
The only thing I really got out of it -- other than 5 or 6 ""awwwww, we feel your pain"" type phone calls - was , well , nothing. I am not sure they improved this at all but perhaps they sleep better at night just denying that problems exist.
Personally I think our little dinky Dropbox solution blows Sage out of the water.
Sage sometimes has a decided tunnel vision that prohibits them from (a) doing anything that might get someone fired or (b) was not the same thing they did in the year 1986.
