Does anyone have a customer using Smart Linc for shipping? I have a customer that is on V-Tech and I am increasingly hearing stories about V-Tech support going down hill.
In essence we usually hear:
a. If you find someone knowledgeable in support then it's a great experience
b. More often than not the support experience is very lengthy and sub-par
c. Some changes in the latest Starship that while minor (printing, procedural) have left a very bad taste
