Does anyone have a basic Crystal Report for 401k participation report for 2018 that they would share? Pulling hair out. Not getting ss#, last name , etc to display. Have added PII wrk table to report. Thanks

Work tables aren't populated except when the report for which it is intended is run. Can you link the employee master file?

You can't test it from within Crystal - you have to test it from the menu

I only added the PPI work table after the name and ss# did not display and I did link it to the employee master file. I have run the report from the menu and do not get the name or ss#. I just tested a report using only the employee master file, added employee # (it does display), the last name, first name and SS# (these do not display in Crystal preview or form the Custom Reports menu.

Are you using the fields from the PPI work file, or the fields from the Employee Master file? You have to use the ones from the PPI work file.

I did not originally use the PII work file, but added it and changed the fields to pull from the Pii work file. I just started over pulling the files form the PII work file before adding other tables and fields. Now I am getting the data to display.
