Sage 100

Does anyone have a 1099-INT form for 2013 that is printing 2 per page and not 3? I did the IRD and this did not fix the formatting for the clients report and Sage support couldn't help either. @Sage100Routine

Did you try creating a new form code? Funny thing, Sage tried to help my customer for 2 days on a 1099 printing issue and didn't try that. I created a new form and it corrected the issue within minutes. I then listened to her complain about Sage for another few minutes.

yup @RobertaFerguson that was the first thing I tried. The report's margin's are set to fit 3 to a page and not 2.

The new form code worked for me too. I didn't have to listen to the customer complain though!!

Are they printing using Aatrix or Sage?

Can they use Aatrix? Easier and it's 2 per page like the IRS free form.

We had the same 3/page issue at several clients, and installing the IRD corrected it. did you check to see if previous years IRD's were installed? Sage told me that the 941 update released back in April needs to be installed before the IRD is installed. I thought that sounded like a typical ""Sage"" answer but 2 different techs told me that so maybe it is legit. -

It's apparently just the -INT variant that the IRD doesn't update.

@JerryNorman you are correct! And thank you for the 1099-INT form it worked for v4.5! I have spent hours on this and finally the customer is happy!!

FWIW I also discovered that if the client has created a form code you have to delete the folder created in the MAS_XXX folder to allow the new form to be used.

Had a question on this for 4.3 and we went with Aatrix since 4.3 is not longer able to load IRD. I've had some users suddenly develop a need to print 1099 forms who have no idea whether they've loaded the IRD in prior years and Sage does not make it simple to find out. Ultimately it was much faster to load the Aatrix integration and print from there for 1099-INT.
