    Does anyone else have issues where a customer wants to change resellers and Sage either never sends the Smartsheet ROR link directly to the customer or they endlessly reply "have the client check their spam folder". I'll assume if nobody replies that it's just me TIA

    Sounds like the perfect reason to reach out to Sage.  Not seeing their names in Whova but there were two customer support managers that need to hear this....
