Does anyone do Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Dynamics and possibly Salesforce?

I know @PeterWolf works with MS CRM - not sure about the others, though. He may be a good resource to find good resources for all three. Not saying *he* is not a good resource. ;-)

He can answer any questions that you might have. We compete against Salesforce all the time so we can probably answer questions about that as well if you want.
