It's a bummer that JO folks refuse to play with others...however, if you haven't looked at what Joe has done with WOScan and the WO module, you should. You know I love JO, but what he's done is made WO (with ACS' WOEP package) pretty competitive to JO. And he's getting ready to release a Job Cost version as well. It plays very well with ACS' multi-bin too and has a QC tracking function. All SQL, so lots of opportunities to add reporting services.
Since JO won't change their software to accommodate some of the features, JOSCan can't be modified except within the constraints of JO. Just fyi...
