Does anybody have experience with JobOps Field Service on mobile devices? We have a prospect looking into this, and we don't want to over-promise.

We are implementing the JOScan Solution for data collection on mobile devices; incorporated with the JobOps Field Service and Dispatch Module. This add on solution can run on Windows 8 Tablets (or iPads) and allows the Technician to record Parts usage, Time, and Status Changes. JOScan is modifying the product now to enhance capture of the Work Performed. Haven't done mobile device tracking. Have lost such sales to MSI Date - their mobile collections with GPS so dispatch knows where the Service Techs are located. But for JO, I agree with Madeline - get hold of Joe.
