Does anybody have any updates on Sage Mobile Service? I can't find much more than this wimpy spec sheet. Surely this ties to either Job Cost or Work Order? I'm gonna guess that it is really not available for Sage 100 customers yet, but I'd like to know what they'll need if they are attracted to is. Thanks!

I asked Sage maybe two months ago about Sage Billing and Payment. Despite them telling me that it was available for Sage 100 ERP there was nobody who really followed up or pushed it. this led me to believe that the product was probably not ready. Of course it could just be that someone at Sage dropped the ball at following up on the inquiry.

@JerryNorman - from what I remember from Summit, the only tie it has is dumping invoices into Sage 100/300/50, and possibly getting certain items from there. Very much on the Minimum Viable Program bandwagon...

OK. I was wondering if I'd missed something. I had a more or less idle question come up about it, and I thought I'd check. With the time frames we've seen, it sure feels like they've run into a gotcha in making it real. I guess we'll see ... Thanks for the reality check!

Based on the fact that they reference WO and JC, somebody must have been smoking some mean weed if they truly were referring to Sage 100. IMHO, it will never happen with these two module.

They are not referencing the WO and JC modules (too funny!) - it is it's own little field service app. If I remember correctly, it would/could sync invoices in AR but it would keep it's own history of service calls, etc. which you could reference again.

@ThereseLogeais - that is exactly what I thought I'd remembered, although not as clearly or fully. And as I recall, it is AR NOT SO Invoices, which has its challenges to normal Sage 100 users. We'll see ...
