Does anybody have an eloquent way for employees to view their Pay Stub either for paychecks or direct deposit online from the web? Sage 100 payroll, any version.

Having the pw-protected docs e-mailed to the employees isn't available/desirable?

I suggested that. The prospect seems very set in their ways. They are moving off of QuickBooks Enterprise, and want something ""exactly like"" they already have. I kind of suggested that if they want it exactly like they have, maybe they should stay with exactly what they have. Of course, that just means that if we don't have it, they will buy from someone who does have it.

Exactly what they have, but better.... Maybe sell them Sage HRMS PR.....

Already have. Just a bit more expensive than Standard Sage 100 payroll.

There is a price to pay for same ol, same ol..... and not changing their ways...

@Jane, I have not. Seems like there would be though. Seems like back in the day, Slade Hornick or Alnoor would have been able to come up with something.

You could always open up an RDP connection to their server with some type guest logon, then a guest logon to Sage with only the Employee Self Service menu option available. I am surprised that an MD doesn't have an enhancement just for this.

Can only add that in similar circumstance one of my end users just emails a copy -- you can do it right from the DD stub viewer.

You could create a knowledge sync report per employee - read from paperless office table to get the pdf name and then build a http string like http://reports.company.com/pr/001234567whatever.pdf Email them this report once a week with a list of the checks done via paperless office and the pdf will contain the links of each paystub that they can click on - they will get prompted for the pdf password.
