Does Aatrix print W-2s that the employer sends to local (City and County) taxing authorities? If so, how do you get them to print? Clients was able to print Employee, Federal, State and Employer Copy of the W-2 forms. See red notes in attached screen shot.

You can only print ""local"" W-2 forms if they are required as determined by Aatrix. Typically we have the customer use a copy of the Federal or Employer Copies.

If you use the Federal or Employer copies, the client will have to ""sort through"" the W-2s and select only those employees that worked and had taxes withheld for each locality. Since both print two employees per page, the client will have to ""cut out"" the employee W-2s that do not need to be sent to the taxing locality. What a pain in the arse.
