Does a general reseller have access to something that tells us what the line number in an error code refers to? I could call Sage a lot less if I could determine that an error in PO_Receipt_IU at line 320 was referring to the 1099 information in vendor maint. Or is this just how they ensure that they get to talk to us on a regular basis?

Anyone who is not a master developer cannot see what's happening on a particular line, unfortunately.

That is sort of what I figured. Just have to find master developer friends I guess! Thanks for your response!

You can post here - in some cases one of the developers can tell you though Sage is probably your best bet for urgent requests.

I've had posters ""in the know"" respond to request on what was happening. No harm to ask. But as Wayne points out, hot items are best spent waiting in the Sage queue or on the after hours call back..............
