General Consultant Discussion

We are in the process of looking for a solution to allow us to document all of the custom reports, programs, generic inquiries we have created for numerous clients. We would like to be able to save images showing the application/customization, possibly video recordings, copies of the custom reports, etc. Of course we would want it searchable by any of our team members so we don't repeat the work effort. I was hoping to find out what others are already using and sharing with their team members.

For my projects, I use Basecamp which I've found has been quite simple to create these types of documents. You could just as easily probably do the same in Google or Microsoft

It will do a lot of things you probably will not need, but it has definitely covered everything we ever needed on the Sage 100 side and then some.
