General Consultant Discussion

Doctors learned long ago that it's good business to specialize and that referring a patient to another doctor is a smart move if you lack expertise in an area. It seems like resellers/comsultants are reluctant to admit they don't know absolutely everything about everything, but not me. I know zip about web services and web integration into Sage 100 but would be happy to refer this business. I thought I would try here first. Any takers? Any referrals?

What Bob said. And this is a tough area to refer to. ISM used to be good but from what I've heard they became way backed up with work and while they know their stuff getting them to do the work is nearly impossible.

We have had very positive experiences with Bob Richter. His IN-SYNCH product has more data integrations than most need, but that's one of the reasons it's so good. Over the years he has added what has been requried. Some would think that ROI being a small company would be a negative, but Bob many times will personally resolve issues, even when they are not directly his issue. We can point to Web Services as Sage's current method of integration, but it is not as complete as IN-SYNCH, and most of the time you have to call on someone to do the actual integration.
