Do you know if there is a way with paperless office to send emails as bcc?

I don't believe so.

I concur with Dawn. Would be a great enhancement. It is time that they take this module up a notch (send log file, bcc, little more consistency with the various interfaces, use Google, etc.). We should make it a priority to stress this at Summit. I have a client using KnowledgeSync to send the paperless e-mails usng the information in the MAS customer tables. They like it a lot!

The problem is, Sage will come out with something, then not enhance it. They came out with Paperless, but haven't enhanced it to meet these needs. They came out with eBusiness Manager then really didn't touch it. They came out with eBusiness Web Services, now are not going to touch it again until what version? This seems to be Sage's story.

Sage has made some minor enhancements to Paperless Office since its acquisition from Macabe. On the other hand, it illustrates how acquired products receive little to no attention from Sage. Just think about all those users of Sage Extended Solutions that got abandoned.

Oh, that list could be potentially endless. Besides the legacy modules, we have the Abra HR to MAS 90 link (v4.2 is still the official release), Business Insights reporting, Business Insights Explorer. Even the BF modules are not imune. Perhaps now that they are done incorporating the enhancements and are not working on any more legacy modules, perhaps these issues will come back to the top............ Psst, anybody want to buy a bridge?

Thanks everyone. I agree that Sage has a poor record of keeping up acquired products. I would urge everyone to ask this same question when Sage starts promoting connected services. In other words - how do we know that a service that Sage allows to connect today --- will connect tomorrow? I plan to ask this in the press conference.
