I sold it to a large customer about a year ago. It's not invasive at all; just ODBC connection. Centage handled the setup and implementation directly with my customer. I tried to stay connected and be on all of the calls, but the consultants weren't very good at keeping me in the loop, and my customer often forgot to let me know about scheduled calls. However, it all went smoothly from the customer's perspective, and they love this product.
