Do we want to hold once monthly OASIS recruiting webinars?

I think another OASIS would be good. As long as we get attendees, following ones are a good idea.

I think if we get back promoting then we could attract 5-10 people a session.

How big do we want it to get? We need the by laws and membership stuff before we push to grow faster. I'll get the folder created and share on Google Docs today.

How about either quarterly or record it and make the video available any time. I think OASIS should be damn big. The more of us there are, the easier it is to present a unified voice to vendors, third-parties, etc. The other thing is that stuff is happening quickly in the channel and we should be organized. I'm not suggesting the union that @MarkChinsky has brought up from time to time but a tight collaboration would be ideal. As an example: not sure if it has widely percolated yet but a lot of the bigger partners got together and sent a strongly worded message to Pascal and a half dozen or so flew out to meet with him and the other execs this week to discuss the ramfiications of the latest actions. Word is that Pascal has gotten the message and will be loosening some policies but I will believe it when I see it.

I agree with @RobertWood - let's work on the membership stuff so that we have some more formal documents to provide before we get more people inquiring. We should also think about how we can realistically drop people as their term arrives. Probably easiest to have some type of Google Hangout where the membership is reviewed?

I'm working on the folder and going to get the documents started today. What email address should I share the folder with?

Can you share the folder itself with anyone who has a 90 Minds domain? That way I think everything in the folder becomes shared so long as we login with 90 Minds?

I don't think more than a few people will add things to it. It will be more of a hassle to administer the shares for the # of people who will do anything except log in once.

I agree with Wayne - so for now just share with the admin group members. I would prefer it was shared with pwolf@azamba.com.

I was thinking you could share it with anyone that logged in with the 90minds.com domain to Google Apps- that way you wouldn't have to share individually.
