  • 1.  Do we have / want - a way to add members to the GDrive ( read only ) ?

    I see a couple requests to share Google Drive documents and I'm wondering if we want to add those members in good standing to a group with read access? 

    Maybe create a similar group but make it read only unless the member is able to actively participate

    Groups are definitely the way to go. I'm not familiar with Google's security roles, but is there a Viewer/Read-Only option that everyone in 90Minds could have? And then the committee members could have full-access?

    We also may want a 'staging' area outside the Library drive that normal users could have write-access (to their own items, only) as a place to put things and notify the committee to update the library.

    Content Library Members = read-only access to the Content Library (all active 90Minds members)
    Content Library Committee Members = read/write access to the Content Library (all active committee members)

    ???
