Do we have a Privacy Policy for our members? I think the answer is no, but wanted to double check.

We have the Vegas rules which appear on the invoices. I believe Robert also reminds membership of the Vegas rules. Is this what you are referring to?

I'm not aware of anything formal beyond Jeff's note. I think that means we could get a good price for our member's info and social history ...

Right we do have Vegas rules, but I was thinking more in the line of what information we have on members and what we do or do not do with that info, as Jerry mentions. I'll add it to the Procedure Guidelines but we also will need it for the new platform website as a link, and we'll have to send a copy to each member, provide a copy with the invoice, or link to the page on the website We will be required to show proof that we provided it to the members (all types). We'll also need to provide an 'opt in' option. California just launched a new privacy requirement, like the GDPR but, worse. Sage is going to choke on this one. I wanted us to be ahead of the issue. And yes, I see it says ""consumer"" everywhere in this bill but we do have members that privately join this group not affiliated with a specific business and could be considered consumers, so might as well take care of it. Here's the law's text: https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180AB375
