You did -- I just wasn't sure (aka paying attention) -- I'll take care of those two on Monday and pay them.
We should think about what our dues structure for the coming year should be. I would suggest that unless we have urgent expenses that maybe we pick a fiscal year end and run all the billing as of a certain date -- maybe 11/30 or 10/31.
It makes the accounting a lot easier if we can just send out notices all in one fell swoop (this is for existing 90 Minds members I talking about).
The new people will have to be on some type of different billing cycle depending upon when they come in. Or maybe we should just make it easy and put everyone on one billing cycle which would make accounting much easier.
People who join mid-year would pay a higher but pro-rated fee until the annual billing.
If we had dues for everyone due on 10/31 (which would cycle with the OASIS thing) that might be easier.
