    Do the CRM logs ""CRMSearchIndex"", ""eware system"", and ""eware sql"" need to stay out there? Or can you automate the deletion of them periodically?

    BTW - they can be deleted if you choose.

    Thanks for the quick response; I'm wondering if CRM has a utility to delete automatically like SQL does.

    No - are you concerned about disk space? Also ... turn your logging down and they will fill up less quickly.

    The only time you need to have heavy logging is if there are problems (obviously). Otherwise, it chews up processor power and disk space.

    Where you do .. what? Turn down the logging? Or delete the files? Turn down the logging in the Admin > System > Logging screen. The files are in the SageCRM folder. Can't remember the exact path but I believe their is a logging folder close to the SageCRM root folder.
