Do subscribers to Sage 100c get a certain number of anytime learning credits? I have an end user trying to take advantage of the credits and they seem to be prompted to pay. The Sage Business Care site has a checkmark which makes it seem as if the anytime learning is included. If anytime learning is included with Silver level - is there a certain number of credits?

Not sure the check mark means ""included"". Perhaps ""available"" (for a fee)?

There's a checkmark under upgrades and those are provided at no extra fee. I'm also aware that Sage was claiming (and MySageSell still has the announcement) that Sage Silver subscribers ""will receive a license to the Sage Intelligence Report Designer"" ... since it also said ""watch for the announcement after Sage Summit 2016"" , I guess it could technically happen between now and whenever...
