Do Partners not get any margin on additional new User Licenses for 100c? I ordered an additional 5 users for a customer 2 days ago. The order was processed today and the full amount was charged to the customers credit card on file.

You should receive a commission credit for the sale. In fact, you should also receive an order confirmation that shows the full price less your margin. You may want to follow up with your sales advisor and ask him/her to look into it. If you get nowhere with that person, you can reach out to Larry Sunderlin. I believe he manages the sales team.

I do get those when customer is on perpetual. I was wondering if they cut us out when its 100c since everything is going directly through the customer's Credit Card

another question....does the partner get full commission credit when the customer renews with 100c and opts for the monthly payment plan? Or is the partner commission credit earned on a month by month basis? Also does commission credit stop after year-1, or continues for 100c renewals in year-2, year-3, etc?

Also, customer got the order confirmation, the invoice and payment confirmation (credit card on file). I got nothing.

All very good questions to ask at the 90Minds Summit Social Event on 5/8. We have invited the current Sage big cheeses to the event. Some have actually said they plan to attend. A great chance to meet them, greet them and beat them with questions. And if history is any indicator, they won't be around for next year. Don't miss your chance! https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/34101271?ref=stream

I have one on monthly billing and Sage does issue a monthly commission credit. If the license count increases, so will the commission.

I agree with @BrianKelly. Start with your Sales Advisor and copy Larry Sunderlin and your local RSM. Larry is the Operations Manager. Tim Finch is above him and is Operations Director. I track every order and the postings lag - for both margin and tier. When I find that something has not posted, it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to get it corrected or longer. An upcoming issue will be renewals of 100c annual licenses. The probability is that the credit card date has expired or the bank account has changed for ACH. Sage follows up maybe once and then claims there are too many of these to continue. The result is you do not get commission on that. I have not yet done this, but we will have an analysis we track on all renewals and orders to make sure they post.

Sage collects payment for all subscription items. We get commission via credit memo from Sage. Subscription Order Confirmations are not consistent in getting to partners (at least for us), they are sent to customers along with the unlocking keys. We have pushed Sage to change this so that resellers are notified also. We send all orders to Sage on behalf of customers so we can track it. DocuSign is coming soon and will greatly cut down on all this administrative mess of tracking faxes, etc. Customers paying monthly subscription -- credits are issued monthly (unlike perpetual Easy Pay, where we get an annual credit) Monthly credits are a PITA for us, we have to monitor and track because there seems to be so many glitches on Sage's side with them getting missed and not processed. New 100C subscription orders --commission is your product tier for the first year and then changes. Currently we continue to earn something in all future years for 100C. Will be interesting to see what they share about Global Partner Program at Summit

On Partner Day at Sage Summit, there will be a session from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - PA-513 ""First look at Sage sales operations improvements"" presented by Tim Finch, Director of Sales Operations. I am definitely attending this, since I am now an expert on what has gone wrong for the past year. (Note: I will not be showing the scars!)

Update...it's been 2 weeks and still have not received credit for the 100c 5 user license I ordered. Called several people in various departments. They are all ""looking into it"". Sage has become such a Joke.

That reminds me. I received the SAME response six weeks ago. Just got my Sage statement with credits and that one is missing also. @MoiraGoggin are you setting up a Sage Sales Support table at the 90M/I-BN/APS mixer next Monday night. Bring a ticket dispenser so we don't to waste our entire night waiting in THAT line!

So my account manager says to check the Tier Report on the Partner Portal for the margin credit. When I try to access the tier report it says I need to login to SAP Business Objects for which I don't have credentials or have ever needed for the partner portal. So I call her back and she tells me to call Portal Support. I call portal support and after 30 minutes of back and forth one lady in support tells me to install SAP Crystal Reports on my PC. Really ???? I hung up on her. What a nightmare
