Do I remember seeing that we can make the purchase order field in Sales Order a required field for version 4.5? Or am I just having one of those days!!!

With Custom Office it is an option, but I don't think that is in Setup Options...

I thought I remember seeing that feature as one of the upgrades - it was a check box but for the life of me can't find it and can't remember where i saw it. The only way with custom office is a script as far as I see. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Thanks @GaryFeldman see you in few days.

Advanced Field Settings should do it.

OK So I am not crazy and it was custom office, you were just much more specific like a person who actually can do the work!

I would not make it required without testing various scenarios - I am thinking you might have issues under various conditions
