    Direct Deposit VISA Prepaid Card issue. Version 4.50.4. The client has one employee out of 350+ who has a VISA Prepaid Card. They were using Peachtree and this account and routing worked fine when they created a .csv file to upload to their bank. The card is activated and not expired. Now they are on Sage 100 and when they transmit their file this particular employees account and routing is not accepted. They tried it 3 weeks in a row. Are VISA cards like this prohibited from this type of electronic transmission, due to PCI compliance issues? Does anyone know of any limitations or restrictions?

    This sounds like more of an issue with routing - do you get any type of error or other hint as to what's not being accepted?

    No, it simply kicks back to them as not processed. The routing information worked fine thru the .csv file uploaded from Peachtree. Kind of a mystery. Same numbers exactly.
