  • 1.  Direct Deposit Stubs won't open for certain users

    I have one client on v2019.2 STD with PR 2.19.4 that has a few employees that can't get their DD stubs
    open but could before the upgrade. Anyone else heard of this?

    If the issue is they can't open from a phone or tablet, according to Sage it's an issue with apple and the embedded PDF viewer opening a password protected PDF that started with the IOS update that came out in October.  If client downloads a free PDF reader, then it will open from phone or tablet.  PDF can also be opened form a pc with no issues.
