Recently upgraded a customer v2017 to v2019 Standard to Standard and did a server move to server that was already in use for the company but not for Sage (so not a new new server).
They had Electronic Delivery in their v2017 of the DD Stubs.
In v2019 Electronic Delivery hasn't been working.
Today I connected and processed 2 payroll checks.
The first 1 could see the PDF get created in Employee Viewer, and during the check register update, the PDF literally disappeared from the Employee Viewer and is not in File Explore/DD Stub folder.
In Form Maintenance, I had the box checked to 'send electronically during check register update'
I then processed a 2nd payroll, first unselecting the 'send electronically during check register udpate'.
Again, I could see the PDF in Employer Viewer, but there was no employee number, employee name, but there was an email address. I tried to send from Employee Viewer and it wouldn't send.
After a few minutes, the Stub disappeared again from Employee Viewer and File/Explore.
Consequently, they now have no PDF stubs since the go-live upgrade (March 18).
I have an email out to their IT to check AV, but this is bizarre.
Any ideas?
